You can buy it from Chinese stores like gearbest or aliexpress but it may take some time after the launch. Currently the Mi 8 SE is on “arrival notice” at gearbest

Thanks for the response the page is in Chinese and I can’t seem to understand a thing there do they accept PayPal and ship to international destinations?, and how do I go about it.
From my search, this product is currently out of stock on mi.com and Xiaomi Youpin (two places I know you can get this at the launch price). Sales to commence on 15th June. These stores seem not to ship outside China.
