Weāve seen quite a few iPhone clones from China over the years, which fondly (or otherwise) are titled āChiPhoneā by some. After a hiatus of a few years, Chinese manufacturers are back to their roots and are manufacturing clones again, and AUX is one such maker.
The company today announced the i6T which is an iPhone 5S impersonator. However, as you would expect, there are quite a few shortcomings on this device when compared to the original iPhone. The phone comes with a 4.5-inch qHD screen, 1.3GHz dual-core MT6572 processor, 512MB RAM and 4GB storage in true low-cost smartphone spirit. The device measures 8.9mm thick, and houses a 1,400mAh battery and an 8 mega-pixel rear camera.
The phone is available for 999 Yuan ($163) in at least one colour, i.e., Champagne or Gold.

Why do we only see low-cost iphone 5S lookalikes?
Iād like to see a clone that has at least a 1,5ghz quad-core with 2mb ram memory on it (and without a slow iOS skin over it).

Technically that is a homage not a cloningā¦All their designs are homages reallyā¦.
2MB RAM?! what a beast of a phone

My thoughts exactly. One of these knock-off manufacturers need to actually produce a model that matches or beats Appleās hardware and is more in line with what you would expect from a middle to upper range Android phone. iOS skin should be optional.
Note 3 is the high end cloned phone buddy. All the clone makers moved to Samsungā¦.
Speaker is a fail.If you are gonna clone do it right.Specs are better than the goophone thoughā¦.
all clone iphone 5s with MTK6572 dual core chip,if has a Quadcore processor it will sell well
Yash, you are becoming an engineer, so please be more precise in your articles.
This phone doesnāt know anything about LTE and probably only has support for lousy two UMTS/W-CDMA bands instead of the minimum 5 required in any modern āworldā phone, just to name one rather important aspect.
So please donāt call something a ācloneā of another product, when their specs are light-years apart.
In such cases, please stick with your other accurate terms like āwannabeeā or ālookalikeā, since that is exactly, what products like this one are, āpretendersā, but most certainly NOT āclonesā.
And as a special request coming from the other side of the globe. Please make it a reliable habit to also report the supported 3G ā and in the near future ā LTE bands/frequencies of phones you are reporting about, if this info is available to you.
For a 3G phone to be useful at all in the Americas, especially the north, this bit of information is more important than anything else.
So, please consider that part in your future reports.
Thanks
